With over two decades as a business owner, qualitative researcher, and educator, Nancy helps individuals clarify their goals and uncover new possibilities—especially when they’re feeling stuck or ready for a change. She provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space for people to explore their options and take ownership of their futures.
Nancy’s background spans psychology, marketing, innovation, and education. She’s worked as a trusted moderator and consultant for companies across industries, known for her ability to connect quickly and ask the questions that reveal deeper truths. She has also taught Marketing at the university level and recently supported startups through a health system’s new venture incubator—bringing firsthand experience of business-building to her coaching.
What sets Nancy apart is her passion for helping people uncover what really matters to them and guiding them toward income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity (ILWE) goals that align with their values. Whether coaching emerging entrepreneurs or leading discovery conversations, she listens deeply, helps people reframe challenges, and brings clarity to complex decisions.
Nancy holds an MBA in Marketing, a master’s in Educational Psychology, and has advanced training in counseling and creative problem solving. She’s also a lifelong learner with a warm, grounded presence—and a strong belief that with the right mindset and support, people can absolutely design a more fulfilling path.
Outside of coaching, Nancy enjoys theater, improv, meaningful conversations, and cheering on creative thinkers of all ages. She lives in Wisconsin and is proud to be part of The Entrepreneur’s Source®, the nation’s leading Career Ownership Coaching™ organization.
